Almost as soon as I'm back from California ... I'll be roundin' up my gypsy gals, loadin' up the caravan and headin' West to TEXAS ... for Round Top's Antique Week !!
First stop:
Zapp Hall and Theresa Cano's blog party!
I'll be peddling some of my dresses, jewels, and accessories at the party,
please stop by and say "Hi!"
Second stop:
A can't miss show, I'll be spending lots and lots of time shopping this one, for more info click above. .... this is where I hope to soak up all the goodness Magnolia Pearl has to offer!
Third stop:
I may be a wallflower ... but this I don't want to miss! I'm already planning my outfit!
Fourth Stop:
Some R&R ... here's where we'll be hangin' our hats when we're not shopping or partying!
Since this is my first time to the shows ... I need ALL of the advice, suggestions, can't miss this, tips, secrets, etc. ... if you're willing to share I would surely appreciate it!!
Where will you be? ... will we have the chance to meet ?? ... counting down the days till TEXAS!!
Envious isn't a nice word, but I'm close, I know you'll have a great time, I'd love to be headed down there too! Can't wait to see and hear all about it!

You are going to have so much fun! I'm so excited for you, I can't believe it's your first time going?!?!?! How is that possible?! Oh well, I know you'll be hooked and be back every year for the show!
As far as tips....all I gotta say is be prepared for all kinds of weather! ha!
Also, you may already know about this but at CactusCreekDaily.com, Fancy posted a couple days ago about bloggers who post about their upcoming trip to Roundtop and Marburger, you could get free tickets as well as a surprise gift...just thought I'd mention it =)

I'm not sure how long you'll be in Texas, but you for sure want to make your way to First Monday in Canton, TX! It's the first weekend in September! They have some fabulous shopping! :)

I have been before as a shopper, and will say that it was the BEST junkin girl trip that I have ever been on!!! Dress "cool" is my best advice and just HAVE FUN and take it all in!!! Fortunately for me, my home and store are less than 60 miles from the greatest shopping adventure in Texas. I will not be going to the blog party, but, I definitely am always at Marburger! Maybe our paths will cross. If not, have a GREAT time down here in our part of the country and have plenty of water on hand and a HAT!!! It is very hot down here this time of year....Have a safe trip! xo...deb
