In between yard work and t-ball games I managed to get to work on creating some new bling this weekend.
I'm a HUGE procrastinator.
HUGE.
I have some really BIG barn markets coming up.
Dates approaching FAST.
These photos are some COMPLETED pieces for those sales.
How about you?
Were you productive, do you have a sense of accomplishment?
Feels good!
xo

I love your items! I have been busy too - I made, maybe 10 necklaces in the last two or three weeks, upcycled several garmets, and upcycled a black slip that i needed for this last weekend for myself! Thanks for sharing.

Beautiful creations. I am bad about procrastinating and it gets worse the older I get. I did not use to be this way.
ReplyDeleteHave a great week.
What beautiful creations you have made! I am sure they will be snatched up quickly. You have a fantastic eye for design, as these are quite lovely. Have a great day.

there is something about a deadline sneaking up on you that can bring on the creative juices! That or maybe it scares it out....works for me!
ReplyDeleteLooks like you have a great start there, where are the shows???
Oh GIRL If you only knew! There just aren't enough hours in the day...
ReplyDeleteYour creations are GORGEOUS!
Golly I wish you were closer...
:) HUGS! Karen
Your necklaces are sooooo divine!
ReplyDeleteI made a few myself for shows this summer, which inspired me to try to organize and sort my supplies. Which inspired me to get the heck out of my now messy house and antique shop with a friend... pretty lame day at the musty old antique mall. Most of the gorgeous pieces where NFS and displays only! I did find a few more vintage suitcases to store, stash, hid and display my stuff! My neighbors must think I'm getting ready for quite the trip!
love it!
ReplyDeleteare u bringing that here?? (hint hint)
Girl...I'm still in recovery stage, but I did get the window reset at W&T's, worked on one flower bed, finished the laundry, and squeezed in a few naps! Nothing as productive as your finished products which are nothing short of gorgeous!

Hmm, I think my procrastination abilities top yours. At least you're actually MAKING things! I just keep piling all my bits and pieces into a big bag. I guess when I finally get to it it will be like Christmas morning with all the goodies I've accumulated!

ReplyDeleteMy weekend was very busy and fun at our tent event! Glad it is over though!
